Fall continues. We hiked last weekend and noticed that fall in the northwest continues and continues. The trees are still filled with orange, yellow, and red. The hiking trail is covered with leaves and the trees continue to hold on to the color. After years of having fall turn from orange and red to yellow and then white, it is odd that we are hanging around in the orange, red, and yellow. We are both used to the first snow coming around the beginning of November and staying through the end of April (sometimes May). It will be interesting to see how long the color stays. Will it turn white for the holidays or stay in the "perma-fall"?
